August 8, 1923 - October 24, 2004

This site is dedicated to the memory of our father and grandfather, Rip Smock. Rip was born in downtown Houston, Texas on August 8, 1923 to Agnes Polka and Walter Arthur Smock. He died at the age of 81 on October 24, 2004 at his home of 50 years in Spring Branch, Houston, Texas. Rip is survived by his wife Maria, 8 of his 9 children and numerous grandchildren.
